Product Warranty Registration

Registering your warranty today means you are covered directly by us the manufacturer of your new mattress. This means no more having to wait for a response from the retailer for any warranty related issues. You can contact our customer service team directly for any warranty related issue to ensure the fastest resolution to a great night’s sleep.You also have the option to increase your warranty by an additional year, gain access to exclusive offers, informative articles, and be the first to know about new product innovations all for free by subscribing to our Aspire-Club.

ADDITIONAL 1 YEARS FREE WARRANTY

The additional one year’s free warranty will be provided for any customer signing up to the Aspire-Club members programme during warranty registration, and also for existing Aspire-Club members registering a new product warranty. The additional Years FREE Warranty will be added on after the final year of the standard warranty, and will be provided under the same terms of the standard warranty. This will mean for a product initially purchased with a 12 month warranty the warranty will be extended 24 months from date of purchase and months 13-24 will be warranted under the same terms as month 12 of the standard warranty. For a product initially purchased with a 5 year warranty the warranty will be extended to 6 years from date of purchase and year 6 will be warranted under the same terms as year 5 of the standard warranty.
